Tubetool Supplies currently offers free express shipping to customers within Australia and free standard delivery to New Zealand. 

We accept international orders to the United Kingdom, United States and Canada – but these are subject a variable shipping fee depending on weight of multiple tools, please see details below:

1-2 tools – $49 AUD shipping 
3-5 tools – $64 AUD shipping
6-10 tools – $79 AUD shipping
11-25 tools – $119 AUD shipping

For international orders of 25+ tools please get in touch with us via email to discuss.

Please note that international orders can take up from 4-14 working days to be delivered to major cities after we dispatch. 

Tracking numbers can be supplied upon request, simply email us with your order number.  



You are entitled to a refund only if the goods purchased are defective or faulty. 
Also, that you stopped using the goods and returned them within a reasonable time, and, that you can show proof of purchase.
Tubetool Supplies will assess the product to determine if it is faulty.


Return Cases

In all other cases Tubetool Supplies will exchange your purchase if:

  1. The product is returned within 7 days of delivery
  2. The product has not been used
  3. The product and packaging is in original condition
  4. You can present your original receipt

Our Terms 

These Terms govern your use of (“our website”) and the purchase of products from our website. By using our website, and by purchasing a product via our website, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms. Our product prices are set out on our website and may be updated from time to time. All prices are in Australian dollars and, unless we state otherwise, all prices under these terms are inclusive of GST.

Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to enter into an agreement with us. No agreement is created until your order and accompanying payment have been accepted and processed by us and we have confirmed this to you. Payment must be made in full at the time of your order. Once we have confirmed your order you are bound by the order.


If you place your order before 12pm, your order may be dispatched by the courier the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm may be dispatched on the next working day to your nominated address. You must enter the correct delivery address details at the time of purchase. If you enter the wrong address, we will resend your order to the correct address at your expense.

Return/Exchange Policy

Except where required by law, you must return the damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us immediately. You will be given instructions for returning the product and receiving a refund or replacement. You must return the product in its original packing material, where possible in its original condition. When we receive the product we will assess the product to determine if it is damaged or faulty. If the conditions of the returns policy have been met, you will receive a full refund or a replacement (at our cost).


Content on our website is our property. Our website includes copyright material, trademarks and registered design information. This material may only be used for the purposes of browsing our website and purchasing products.

Excluding other Conditions and Warranties

We are not liable to you or any other person for loss in connection with use of our website or a linked website, or any products sold via our website. Unless expressly stated in these Terms, all other implied conditions and warranties are excluded.
