We accept international orders to the United Kingdom, United States and Canada – but these are subject a variable shipping fee depending on weight of multiple tools, please see details below:
1-2 tools – $49 AUD shipping
3-5 tools – $64 AUD shipping
6-10 tools – $79 AUD shipping
11-25 tools – $119 AUD shipping

Please note that international orders can take up from 4-14 working days to be delivered to major cities after we dispatch.
Tracking numbers can be supplied upon request, simply email us with your order number.

If you place your order before 12pm, your order may be dispatched by the courier the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm may be dispatched on the next working day to your nominated address. You must enter the correct delivery address details at the time of purchase. If you enter the wrong address, we will resend your order to the correct address at your expense.
Except where required by law, you must return the damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us immediately. You will be given instructions for returning the product and receiving a refund or replacement. You must return the product in its original packing material, where possible in its original condition. When we receive the product we will assess the product to determine if it is damaged or faulty. If the conditions of the returns policy have been met, you will receive a full refund or a replacement (at our cost).
