Fantastic product saving time on the job. Had two shower heads installed in a matter of minutes. I was able to make small adjustments after the initial cut to get the lengths spot on and without any risk of marking the tiles.

Have one of their reseating cutters (which I love) and a nipple cutter that I'd used for years. Unfortunately my trusty nipple cutter lost a battle against some lead free fittings.. I reached out and spoke to an owner there. Super friendly and helpful, bought a new tungsten version that absolutely eats the new brass and also found out they're 100% Aussie made and owned. Love supporting local manufacturers, love the tool, love the customer service, definitely recommend.

I bought the Face & Edge - Tap Reseating Cutter and the BP19 Nipple Cutter. The design of both is great and the tool heads are proper metal cutting tools and very accurate. The seat left in a tap for the washer is perfectly flat and the trimmed edge removes that extremely sharp edge left by other tools. The BP 19 cutter is so simple to use and gives a fantastic clean professional result. These are both a great investment and better still Australian Made. Nice to be able to support a local company.

100% recommend I have been using the carbide nipple cutter for months. As a plumber that is using it everyday of the week and it’s still as sharp at the day it come out of the packet. I’d never use another band than this top product and unreal customer service this has my vote for best nipple cutter on the market.
